​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Nepo Latrop, we take pride in crafting high-quality candles and providing exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

​​RETURNS

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unused candles for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Please note, that if you make a return you are responsible for the original shipping costs, taxes or custom charges and it will be subtracted from your refund. Any items you wish to exchange will not include any additional fees (US domestic customers only, International customers are responsible for return shipping costs).

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@nepolatrop.com to receive authorization and further instructions. 

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within

10 business days. 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [your contact email or phone number] to receive authorization and further instructions.

 

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

 

Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for

refunds or exchanges.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
